Booking

Appointments can be booked via the ORADIA site according to displayed availability. The booking is only confirmed once an email confirmation has been sent.

Cancellation terms

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment
• Cancellation between 48h and 24h: 50% of the amount retained
• Cancellation less than 24h before: 100% of the amount due
• Force majeure: rescheduling possible at no charge (supporting evidence required)

Payment

Payment is made online via our secure platform before the consultation. Prices are clearly displayed before any purchase is confirmed.

The ORADIA oracle, all cards, text, images, video, graphic design, site structure, and all elements created by ORADIA are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, or publication, even partial, of these elements is strictly prohibited without ORADIA's prior written consent.

The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the services offered and may not, under any circumstances, sell or redistribute them.

The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the site.
