Waiver of the right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun with the consumer's express agreement.
By booking a video guidance session on Cal.com, the customer expressly acknowledges having read these Terms of Sale, available at oradia.fr/cgv, and agrees that the service begins immediately upon booking confirmation, thereby waiving their right of withdrawal.
The booking confirmation sent by Cal.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale and of this waiver clause.
Free contributions
The site may offer a free-contribution option allowing the customer to voluntarily support the Oradia project.
These contributions do not constitute an order for a product or service and do not result in any physical delivery or service being provided.
They are not equivalent to a preorder of the oracle.
They are considered financial support for the development of the project.
Except in the case of an obvious payment error, free contributions are non-refundable.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, tax included, excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs are shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Order
The customer selects their offer, views the order summary (product + delivery cost + total), then confirms their information before payment.
The order is considered confirmed once payment has been made in full via the secure Stripe platform.

Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, with no need to justify their decision or pay any penalty.
Special cases
Digital content: The right of withdrawal does not apply to online draws and subscriptions once performance has begun with the customer's express agreement.
Video guidance: Under Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to video guidance sessions. Booking confirmation via Cal.com constitutes an express waiver of the right of withdrawal and acceptance of these Terms of Sale (see "Video guidance" section).
Preorders: For a preorder, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the product.
